We do not accept orders by email. All orders are subject to written acceptance by Casato. It is your responsibility to check that the information displayed in your Shopping Bag accurately reflects your selection before confirming your order. The images of the products on our Website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device’s display of the colors accurately reflects the color of the products. Your products may vary slightly from those images. Accordingly, Casato shall not be liable for any error or inaccuracy in the photographs or graphical representations of Casato products displayed on the Website. Orders may be placed for personal use only, any commercial use excluded. Casato has the right to cancel any order placed by you in the event you have been involved in a dispute concerning a prior order, or if Casato has reasonable grounds to suspect that you have violated these Terms and Conditions, or are or appear to be engaged in fraudulent activities or appear to be purchasing products other than for personal use as permitted by these Terms and Conditions. Casato has the right to refuse any order at its discretion. Orders may not exceed three (3) products in any buying session.
CONFIRMATION OF ORDERS
Direct Website Orders.In order to process the order placed through the Website, you must select the product you wish to buy and click the “Add to Shopping Bag” button. The selected products will then be included in the “Shopping Bag” and the order can be placed by filling out the order form and affirmatively accepting these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Prior to submitting the order, you are required to verify the accuracy of the information provided and make the necessary corrections. The Order is submitted when you click the “Place Order” button. After placing an order, within twenty-four (24) hours, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirmation from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that clicking the “Place Order” button does not mean that your order has been accepted and purchase completed. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product. Upon receipt, the order will be submitted to Casato for processing and may not be changed or cancelled by you except as expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions or as required by applicable law.
All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you a second e-mail that confirms that the product has been dispatched and which contains the relevant tracking number (the “Order Confirmation”).
The Order Confirmation will also list each Product being dispatched and the final price (inclusive of taxes, shipping and handling charges). The contract between us will only be formed when we send you the Order Confirmation. The Contract will relate only to those Products whose dispatch we have confirmed in the Order Confirmation. Casato also reserves the right to require verbal confirmation of orders. If we request verbal confirmation of an order, you will be required to give confirmation of the order by phone and email confirmation will not be sufficient. In the event of a dispute between Casato and one of its customers relating to a transaction conducted on the Website, you agree that the data recorded by Casato shall be treated as evidence of the details of the transaction.

Some products identified on the Website may be available for pre-order. Subject to the conditions provided for herein and to the conditions mentioned on the Website page of the products available for pre-order (delivery period and delivery options), pre-orders will be governed by the same processes and conditions as those applicable to Orders. In case of a mixed order consisting of currently available products and pre-ordered products or in case of a pre-order of several products with different delivery dates mentioned on the Website, the latest delivery date will be applicable to the entire pre-order. At the time of a pre-order, Casato will obtain a credit authorization from your card issuer equal to the entire amount of the purchase. Once the pre-ordered product is ready to ship (usually within 7 days), Casato will process the purchase transaction by charging your credit card and send you an Order Confirmation. If your credit card is declined when Casato attempts to take payment, you will be contacted by Customer Service to make alternative payment arrangements acceptable to Casato. If no such arrangements are made promptly, the pre-order will be cancelled. Due to production constraints, Casato might have to cancel a pre-order, in whole or in part. Casato will inform you of such cancellation without undue delay, will cancel any authorization against your credit card and your credit card will not be charged.
Casato reserves the right to change the assortment of items offered on the Website from time to time without prior notice to the customers. Casato will not be liable if any product is out of stock or otherwise unavailable.
In the circumstance that any product you select becomes unavailable after we send an Order Confirmation of the order, the customer service unit will inform you by phone or e-mail as soon as possible. You will have the option to choose another product or cancel your order, unless the order which was made was a multiple order, in which case the customer service unit will inform you by phone or email of which part of the order will still be shipped. You will only be charged for the part of the order which is shipped and may then choose another product to replace the unavailable product, which will be processed as a separate order.

Casato reserves the right to modify the price of products offered on the Website at any time without prior notice to you. You will be charged the prices displayed on the Website at the time the order was confirmed by you by clicking on the “Place Order” button.
You are responsible for the costs incurred when using the Website in connection with placing an order with us (cost of internet access, telephone costs).
Casato reserves the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies on the Website or to cancel orders if any such information is inaccurate. Subject to availability as noted above, you are obligated to pay for any order placed on the Website immediately upon clicking the “Place Order” button. The amount of the purchase price of the products ordered by you will be blocked on your credit or debit card but your credit or debit card will only be charged upon shipment of the products to you. We only accept payment by credit and debit cards. You cannot use store credits or gift certificates issued by Casato boutiques to purchase products offered on the Website. PASSING OF RISK
The jewel will remain the property of Casato until the full amount has been paid. The ordered products will remain under the responsibility of Casato until signed and received by him. Orders with a shipping address other than the countries below will not be processed. Your credit or debit card will only be charged when your order is dispatched. If any of the products in the order is unavailable, Casato will only charge the price, taxes and shipping costs for the products available.
Products ordered by you will remain the property of Casato until Casato has received full payment thereof and you hereby grant a security interest in such products until full payment has been received. If there is any problem with payment, you are responsible to return the goods received to Casato immediately upon request.
The products will be shipped to the delivery address specified during the ordering process. You may specify a single address for each order.
Please note that PO Boxes, freight forwarders, hold for pickup locations and Hotel addresses may not be used for the delivery of our products.
TIMES AND SHIPPING COSTS
Salvo che per i prodotti acquistati in pre-ordine, gli ordini verranno consegnati tramite consegna standard 25 working days dalla data di conferma dell’ordine, tranne in casi eccezionali che esulano dalla sfera di controllo di Casato e per i quali Lei verrà immediatamente contattato.

PROBLEMS OF DELIVERY
Any failure to deliver or a delivery exceeding ten (10) business days from the shipment date or any discrepancy. Qualsiasi reclamo dovrà essere comunicato entro un massimo di quindici (15) giorni dalla data di conferma del Suo ordine. Una volta ricevuto l’ordine, Lei dovrà controllare i prodotti. Tutti i resi devono contenere la ricevuta di vendita originale ed essere restituiti nella confezione originale. Send an email and follow the customer care instruction. We will email you a courtesy pre-paid return label. Casato will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. Please fill out the return form and include it along with the product, its original packaging, all its accessories, any free items you received as part of your order, and the warranty /authenticity card if any, in the original box before sending the package back. If you choose not to use the pre-paid return label provided by us, you will be responsible for insurance and shipping fees. You may return the product, its original packaging, all of its accessories, any free items you received as part of your order, and the warranty /authenticity card if any, by directly sending them back to Casato Gioielli, via Giacomo Leopardi, 26 20123 Milano - Italy. Returns, together with the Return Form. All returns must be received by us not later than 15 days from the day on which your order was delivered to you. Your refund will be credited back to the same method of payment used to make the original purchase on the website once the returned products are received and passed our quality insurance inspection.
